(Unit pricing is intended for new tenant move-in. Each lease requires a security deposit of $25.00 and a $15.00 non-refundable administration fee. The security deposit will be returned within four weeks upon move-out as long as the unit is clean and swept, locks removed and returned, no delinquent rent, and the tenant has given a 15-day or more written vacate notice.)
RESERVE STORAGE
When you reserve a storage unit, we hold the selected unit size, price, and promotion for you until you arrive. Then once you have arrived you are able to finish the rental process using our 24/7 Rental Station. When completed, our 24/7 Rental Station will provide you with your rental agreement, gate access code, and FREE lock and keys to use. Then locate your unit with the provided site map, and move in…anytime during gate access hours! Your reservation will be saved for up to 2 days for a small fee of $15.00.
