  • Do you require a deposit? Yes. Each lease requires a security deposit of $25.00 and a $12.00 non-refundable administration fee. As long as you clean and sweep out the unit, remove your lock, and give at least a 15 day vacate notice, the security deposit is refunded via the mail (in check form) within a month after your unit is vacated.
  • Do you sell boxes and other packing supplies? Yes. We sell various sized boxes and packing supplies, including bubble wrap and packing tape sold on our online store.  CLICK HERE
  •  What type of payments do you accept? We accept cash, checks, money orders, Visa, Master Card and Discover.
  •  Do I have to rent starting at the beginning of the month? No, you can start any day, or time.  Your rent is prorated for the remaining days in the month you rent. After the initial rental, the contract is monthly.
  •  Do I have access to my unit in the evening or on weekends, and when the rental office is closed? Yes! You have gate access to your unit from 5:00 am to 10:00 pm every day of the year.
  •  Do I have to use your lock or my own? You use your own special disc lock that we provide you at no cost to you. Note: We do not keep a copy of keys to your lock.
  • Will I need anything in the way of identification to rent a unit? Yes. We require a current, government issued photo ID, such as a driver’s license, and a phone number where we can reach you if needed.
